Load prices are for general household items. Heavy materials such as rubble, soil, hardcore and wet garden waste are priced from photos.
Prices cover our 25-mile service area. Beyond that, a travel charge applies and is shown on your quote.
Full House Clearances
Full house clearances are priced individually from photos or a short visit, because every property is different. As a guide:

| 2-bed house or bungalow | £900–£1,350 |
| 3-bed house | £1,250–£1,800 |
| 4-bed+ | £1,400–£2,200 |
Your price depends on how full the property is, sofas and armchairs (specialist disposal), mattresses, carpets, access and distance. Items we can resell may reduce your price. Send us photos for an exact fixed price, with no extras on the day.
Items Added to a Load
Some items need specialist disposal by law and carry a charge on top of any load size:
- Armchair, footstool, padded or upholstered chair+£90 each
- 2- or 3-seater sofa, sofa bed+£100 each
- Corner sofa+£150
- Mattress+£50 each
- Fridge or freezer+£60 each
Rehome first, dispose last. If your furniture or appliances are in good condition, we'll aim to resell or donate them instead:
- Sofas, armchairs and upholstered chairs: clean, undamaged and with their fire safety label still attached.
- Fridges and freezers: clean, complete and in full working order (they're safety-checked before resale).
Surcharges cover the extra handling and disposal costs of these items and are non-refundable. Where an item is in good condition, we'll always try to rehome it first. Send us photos before booking and we can often tell you in advance.

Surcharge Notice
Upholstered Furniture Disposal Surcharge
Due to UK government regulations introduced in 2023, upholstered furniture containing foam — including sofas, armchairs, sofa beds, and footstools — is classified as containing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) and must be disposed of at specialist licensed facilities. This significantly increases our disposal costs for these items.
As a result, all upholstered seating items are subject to an additional surcharge, regardless of which load size you book. Current charges are shown in 'Items Added to a Load' above.
However, we do things differently.
Unlike most waste clearance companies, we actively look to rehome, upcycle, and resell furniture items rather than send them straight to disposal. If your items are in good condition, we may be able to collect them free of charge or at a reduced rate — because they have a second life ahead of them rather than a skip.
We always recommend requesting a full quote before booking online. Our pricing tool gives you an instant estimate, but a quick conversation or a few photos means we can assess your items properly, potentially saving you money and ensuring nothing goes to waste that doesn't have to.
